Orders received before 12pm between Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holiday’s) will be despatched that day.
Orders received after 12PM on Friday will be dispatched Monday via your chosen delivery method.
Returns policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee: If you aren't happy with the item you've ordered, you have 30 (thirty) days from the shipping date to return this to us for a full refund of the item value, excluding any shipping costs. You will be responsible for the costs associated of shipping the item back to us.
In addition, if we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require a refund or replacement, you must report the defect within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive them.
For all returns, you must notify us in writing by email to info@ldnfprofessional.com within those 30 (30) working days.
We will respond to all queries within 2 working days.
How to submit your refund/exchange request
It is important that you keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
Once we have successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. If you have requested an exchange this will be managed within the same timeframe as the refund process.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method. When returning items, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
